The nickle story is one that should swell up in the hearts of fathers who feel they have been discredited by the system. Believe me i have been down that road too. I was ask to pay what I knew was impossible to pay based on my work history. The judge said I was a liar and he did not believe me or my w2's. I was angry and suprised and hurt all at the same time and was told to leave the court room without explanation. I want to say that was 1990 and here it is 2010. I am free from the child support system and my children can never say I wasn't there for them. The support was unfare and it continued to go up when my ex wife decided she needed more mony. She would tell a lie and I would be back in the court room defending myself to no avail. BUT I made it through it and if any one will try to do whats right thats all God ask and he will do the rest.
